Scottie Scheffler’s agent has confirmed the PGA Tour player of the year will miss the first event of the 2025 season.

Scottie Scheffler’s agent has confirmed the PGA Tour player of the year will miss the first event of 2025 after undergoing surgery on his hand. 
Scheffler sustained a puncture wound to the palm of his right hand on Christmas Day from a piece of broken glass, his agent Blake Smith said.
